Speaking at a Meeting

Town Council Meetings are held at 4:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. Town Council Work Sessions are held at 3:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month as needed.

Public Comments - Town Council Meetings

You may speak in person or via Zoom at the Town Council meeting. You may pick up the Speaker Request Form at Town Hall and submit it to the Town Clerk prior to the Council Meeting.

You may also fill out a Speaker Request Form online by NOON the day of the Council Meeting. Please check the appropriate box on the form to indicate if you will be speaking in person or via Zoom. The Zoom link for calling into the meeting will be on the agenda. (submit an online speaker request form).

**If you wish to speak on a Public Hearing item and did not fill out a speaker request form to speak via Zoom, please use the "raise your hand" feature in Zoom to be recognized to speak.

Payson Town Council, Board, Commission, and Committee Meetings are open to the public.

• Attending In-Person Meetings are held at the Payson Town Hall Council Chambers, 303 N Beeline Highway, Payson, AZ 85541 unless stated otherwise on the agenda.

• Attending via Zoom The Zoom login will be at the top of each meeting agenda. You may choose to join via Zoom either by video or telephone.

• Watching live - Town Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings only There are two ways to livestream the Town Council and P&Z Commission Meetings. You can watch meetings at home if you have local Channel 4 TV as part of your cable lineup, or you can watch local Channel 4 TV on the Town website. (watch Channel 4 TV)
